The SynergyGroup public workshops are intensive
one-to three-day workshops which utilise The SynergyGroups
proprietary learning and development content delivered via a blended
learning approach.
The venue for all public programs is The
SynergyGroup Learning Centre in Balmain, a warehouse style
space providing a creative and fun environment for participants
to develop and update their professional skills.
Participants in The SynergyGroups
public programs come from a wide range of organisations and industries
and benefit greatly from group discussion, interaction and objective
views of other course members. Feedback from participants of a pilot
course in December 2003 highlighted interaction with others from
diverse industries as key highlight/learning motivator.
Facilitators for all public programs are
master facilitators with relevant and up-to-date skills who employ
a variety of contemporary learning strategies for the highest quality
learning and business outcomes. The SynergyGroup facilitators come
from wide variety of industries including, IT&T, banking and
finance, professional services, advertising and media, pharmaceutical
and FMCG.
As with all of The SynergyGroup programs
an extensive amount of time and effort goes into understanding the
needs and capabilities of each participant prior to each workshop
and the workshop content is then tailored to maximize learning outcomes
for all participants.

The SynergyGroup are proud to announce the
availability of the Synergy e-Campus which provides complementary
online learning modules for a range of Synergy Professional Development
Programs.
For managers, e-Campus offers an effective
Learning Management System (LMS) based on tracking, monitoring and
learning measurement tools. Through quantitative and qualitative
feedback on participants course progression and results e-Campus
allows management to evaluate long term attitudinal and skill behavioural
change and ROI.
For course participants, e-Campus programs
provide on-going feedback and support learning gained during face-to-face
programs. The e-Campus online environment features interactive exercises,
simulations, and discussion forums which extend learning experiences
outside of workshops and aim to reinforce understanding and application
of course content.
The benefits from e-Learning include, cost
reduction, engagement of participants, self guided and self paced
learning and ongoing reinforcement, but in evaluating whether an
e-learning solution is right for your organisation or employees,
it is important to consider a few key issues before adding learning
to your training program.
According to leading industry analysts,
learning will be most effective when it is:
Integrated
as part of a blended
training curriculum
Aligned
