Chapel Hill Unwooded Chardonnay
McLaren Vale, S.A
Treasury
Club Member Price:
Glass [$6.5]
Bottle [$30]
Wine Maker:
Pam Dunsford
Winemakers Comments:
Pam Dunsford believes unwooded Chardonnay is ideally
suited to "the very popular, light, fresher cuisine styles"
and she has a point here.
Barrel-fermented and mature wines are more complex
and more expensive and they deserve food of that character. Chapel
Hill's Unwooded Chardonnay is crafted to suit the modern Australian
lifestyle and food preferences
